Scope of Use The Website is made available for free by the Mississippi State University Extension Service and may only be used by the User as a free service for landowners to advertise available hunting leases and outdoor excursions only. 6. General Terms

6.1 These Terms and Conditions and User’s use of the Website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi.

6.2 MSU’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by MSU in writing.

6.3 The Terms and Conditions contained herein constitute the entire agreement between the User and MSU concerning your use of the Website.
